It began in a small workshop in East London, quickly outgrew its space, and relocated to Enfield in 1982. Initially focused on joinery and shop fitting, the company expanded its services over time. The business transitioned to the second generation of the Clements family in 1986, under Ian Clements’ leadership.

During challenging economic periods, particularly in the 1990s, the company adapted by diversifying into smaller building maintenance works. In 2015, Clements Construction Ltd was officially incorporated, marking a new chapter. This was driven by a long-standing professional relationship between Ian Clements and Roger Da Costa, who had collaborated on various high-quality joinery projects over two decades.

Their partnership brought together extensive expertise and expanded the company’s offerings to better serve clients.
