We worked closely with the client to design and come up with a good working space that worked well for all of their current and future needs. We installed a 120sqm mezzanine space to form an office within their storage warehouse, with high end kitchen space, workshop and DDA toilets to the ground floor, a large LED lit staircase leading to a bespoke layout conference room, open office space and private directors office space. All heated and cooled separately, with bespoke lighting lay outs and décor/finishes. Alongside other professionals we provided a 60 minute fire rated glass frontage to the whole side elevation, allowing our client’s staff and own clients to see their working warehouse.
